§1040.107. Suspension for Violation of Improperly Approaching a Stationary Emergency Vehicle

  • a)         If the Department receives a conviction for IVC Section 11-907(c), the Department will take the following action:

    b)         If the Department receives notice of a conviction of a violation of the IVC Section 11-907(c) that resulted in damage to property of another person, the Department will take the following action:

    c)         If the Department receives notice of a conviction for a violation of IVC Section 11-907(c) that resulted in injury to another person, the Department will take the following action:

    d)         If the Department receives notice of a conviction for a violation of IVC Section 11-907(c) that resulted in the death of another person, the Department will take the following action:

    e)         If a person has one or more open or pending suspensions and a conviction for violation of IVC Section 11-907(c) is received, a suspension will be entered in accordance with subsection (a) and become effective upon the latest provisional or projected termination date of the suspension on record.

     

    f)         If a record of judgment is received from the court, the Department will enter a suspension for the period specified by the court or extend the period of an existing suspension for the period specified by the court.
