§230.20. Prohibited (Primary) Noxious Weed Seeds

The following list of prohibited noxious weed seeds is hereby established:

Cress, hoary	Cardaria draba

Johnsongrass*	Sorghum halepense

Knapweed, Russian	Centaurea picris

Sowthistle, perennial	Sonchus arvensis

Spurge, leafy	Euphorbia esula

Thistle, Canada	Cirsium arvense

Tussock, Serrated	Nassella Trichotoma

*NOTE: Johnsongrass includes Sorghum Almum (Sorghum almum) and all seeds indistinguishable from Johnsongrass.
