§404.19. Social Work Staff

  • a)         Social work supervisors shall have a Master's Degree from an accredited school of social work or an equivalent Master's Degree in a human services field and two years of full-time experience in a social work setting.

     

    b)         If the administrator qualifies as a social work supervisor, he may serve in that capacity.

     

    c)         Child welfare workers who provide social services shall have at least a Bachelor's Degree and shall be under the supervision of a qualified social work supervisor.
