§121.60. Net Monthly Income Eligibility Standards

a) Households that are not categorically eligible whose net monthly income does not exceed the maximum monthly income standards shall be assigned SNAP benefits based on the net monthly SNAP income.
b) The maximum net monthly income standards are:
