§121.29. Exemptions from Voluntary Quit/Reduction in Work Hours Rules

Latest version.

a)         The hours of employment are reduced by the employer;

b)         Termination of self-employment enterprise;

c)         Employer demands that person resign from job; and

d)         The person is exempt from the work registration requirements.
