§113.253. Allowances for Increase in SSI Benefits

a) A monthly allowance for $735.90 is authorized for all AABD cases as a "grant adjustment". A grant adjustment is an allowance that ensures that the amount of the SSI increase from July 1977 and later will be available to clients.

b) EXCEPTIONS: For clients whose assistance payments include an allowance for Sheltered Care or Care Not Subject to Licensing a "grant adjustment" of $10 is authorized. Individuals residing in long term group care facilities do not receive any "grant adjustment".
