§845.270. Prohibited Work Practices

Latest version.

No person conducting lead abatement or lead mitigation shall employ any of the following methods:

a)         Open flame burning;

b)         Dry sanding;

c)         Open abrasive blasting;

d)         Uncontained exterior hydro-blasting;

e)         Interior hydro-blasting;

f)         Methylene chloride application; or

g)         Dry scraping.
