§515.5010. Stroke Care – Restricted Practices

Sections in the Act pertaining to CSCs, Primary Stroke Centers or Acute Stroke-Ready Hospitals are not medical practice guidelines and shall not be used to restrict the authority of a hospital to provide services for which it has received a license under State law. (Section 3.119 of the Act)
