§350.3950. Heating, Cooling, and Ventilating Systems

  • a)         Air conditioning and ventilation systems shall be designed, installed and maintained as required by NFPA 90B.  (B)

     

    b)         Compliance with pressure relationships and ventilation rates as shown in Table B is not required.

     

    c)         Vapor removal from cooking equipment in conformance with NFPA Standard 96 is not required.

     

    d)         Provide a range hood with fan for the removal of smoke or grease-laden vapors.  If the hood does not discharge directly to the outside, then a recirculating type exhaust hood with cleaning and deodorizing elements is acceptable.
