§2070.2200. Depressants

Unless specifically excepted or unless listed in another schedule, any material, compound, mixture, or preparation which contains any quantity of the substances listed in Sections 2070.2210 to 2070.2325 having a potential for abuse associated with a depressant effect on the central nervous system.
