§1175.222. Licensed Cosmetology Teacher Seeking License as Barber Teacher

A licensed cosmetology teacher may apply for licensure as a barber teacher. Each applicant shall file an application on forms provided by the Division that includes:

a)         The applicant's current cosmetology teacher license number;

b)         The applicant's current barber license number or an official transcript showing successful completion of the supplemental barber course (see Section 1175.332) and proof of passage of the barber examination; and

c)         The required fee set forth in Section 1175.100.
