§1800.12. Form of the Performance Bond

Latest version.

The Department shall prescribe the form of the performance bond. The Department shall allow for:

a)         A surety bond;

b)         A collateral bond;

c)         A self-bond; or

d)         A combination of any of these bonding methods.
