§170.180. Revocation or Suspension of License

If it is determined that the Secretary had the authority to issue the suspension or revocation of a license pursuant to Section 135 of the Act, the Secretary may issue orders reasonably necessary to correct, eliminate, or remedy the violations and/or harms that led to the suspension or revocation.
