§364.201. Formula for the Municipal Discharge Index

a)         The Municipal Discharge Index (MDI) is a number which is the product of four factors. The MDI is, in turn, a factor used to calculate the Grant Priority Index.

b)         The MDI is calculated as follows:

            MDI = F1 x F2 x F3 x F6.
