§307.3500. General Provisions

a)         Applicability.  This Subpart Z applies to any leather tanning and finishing facility that introduces or may introduce process wastewater pollutants into a POTW.

 

b)         General definitions.  The Board incorporates by reference 40 CFR 425.02 (2003).  This incorporation includes no later amendments or editions.

 

c)         Sulfide analytical method.  The Board incorporates by reference 40 CFR 425.03 (2003).  This incorporation includes no later amendments or editions.

 

d)         Applicability of sulfide standards.  The Board incorporates by reference 40 CFR 425.04 (2003).  This incorporation includes no later amendments or editions.

 

e)         Compliance dates.  The Board incorporates by reference 40 CFR 425.05 (2003) .  This incorporation includes no later amendments or editions.

 

f)         Monitoring requirements.  The Board incorporates by reference 40 CFR 425.06 (2003).  This incorporation includes no later amendments or editions.
