BOARD NOTE: Any regulations promulgated by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency under Section 112 of the Clean Air Act (42 USC 7411) as amended...relating to the establishment of national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants (NESHAPS)...are applicable, without formal adoption by the Board, in this State and are enforceable under (the Environmental Protection Act). (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1989, ch. 111½, par. 1009.1(b)).
