§211.4450. Paint Manufacturing Source or Paint Manufacturing Plant

"Paint manufacturing source" or "Paint manufacturing plant" means a source that mixes, blends, or compounds enamels, lacquers, sealers, shellacs, stains, varnishes, or pigmented surface coatings.
