§102.208. Proposal for Site-Specific Regulations

Any person may submit a written proposal for the adoption, amendment or repeal of a substantive site-specific regulation. The proposal must be filed with the Clerk in accordance with 35 Ill. Adm. Code 101.302(h) and served upon the Agency, DNR, and the Attorney General in accordance with 35 Ill. Adm. Code 101.304(c).
