§2735.10. Summary and Purpose

a) The Monetary Award Program (MAP) provides direct grant assistance to eligible students. MAP grants are apportioned among otherwise eligible applicants on the basis of relative financial resources and available funds. Recipients must enroll at approved Illinois institutions in order to use MAP grants.

b) This Part establishes rules which govern the Monetary Award Program. Additional rules and definitions are contained in General Provisions, Part at 23 Ill. Adm. Code 2700.
