§180.320. Safety Survey Report

Latest version.

The safety survey report shall include for each facility:

a)         either a Certificate of Compliance, if the survey revealed no violations of applicable requirements, or a violation and recommendation schedule on a form provided by the State Board of Education;

b)         a description of existing conditions in a format prescribed by the State Board of Education; and

c)         safety reference plans, as required under Section 180.330.
