§508.35. Hearings

A Jockey, Driver, Starter, Assistant Starter, or Outrider who records a blood alcohol reading of more than 0.00 percent or fails to submit to a breathalyzer test may request a hearing before the Board as set forth in 11 Ill. Adm. Code 204. If any individual commits a fourth violation of Section 508.30 wherein his license is revoked, he shall be entitled to a hearing as provided in 11 Ill. Adm.
