§204.60. Appearances

Latest version.

a)         The appellant need not be represented by an attorney.

b)         Only licensed attorneys may appear before the Board in a representative capacity.

c)         A partnership may appear pro se by a partner.

d)         A corporation may appear pro se by an officer or director.
